Foreign company amendment cost in Zimbabwe
Short answer
Amashad charges $530 to prepare and lodge an amendment to a foreign (external) company registered in Zimbabwe. The fee covers reviewing the change, preparing the amendment forms, advising on supporting documents and following up with the Registrar. Registrar lodgement fees, notarisation, apostille and translation costs are payable separately.
Any material change to a foreign company's registered particulars — such as a name change, change of local representative or registered office, or changes to the parent company's directors or shareholding — must be lodged with the Registrar of Companies.
The $530 amendment service fee covers our work in reviewing the change, preparing the required forms and supporting documents, and following up until the amendment is registered. Government and third-party costs are additional.
