About this service
Re-registration applies to private limited companies (PLCs), public companies, private business corporations (PBCs), companies limited by guarantee, foreign-owned local entities and co-operative style entities registered under the old law. The Registrar requires the existing incorporation documents, an updated register of directors and members, the registered office particulars and a beneficial ownership declaration in the new format.
This wizard collects everything the Registrar needs to re-register your entity. On submission you receive a reference number and a payment link for the $110 service fee — Registrar lodgement fees and any outstanding annual return penalties are payable separately at cost.
